As seen on the Goodnotes Marketplace
Happy Tuesday, friends.
Today, I’m sharing something that feels a little surreal—a milestone that started as a wild idea and quietly became a reality.
✨ Im Hero is officially live on the Goodnotes Marketplace.
Yep. We’ve gone digital. And while there’s no guarantee of how it’ll all unfold, today isn’t about the numbers. It’s about honoring the process. The pivot. The possibility.
If you’re not familiar with it, Goodnotes is one of the world’s leading digital note-taking apps for iPads and tablets—loved by students, planners, creators, and productivity nerds alike. It lets you write, draw, annotate, and organize just like paper, but with the magic of tech. And now, they’ve opened up a curated Marketplace where creators can share their own templates, planners, and tools—built right into the Goodnotes experience.
How It Started: Pen on Paper
When I first dreamed up this product, I always saw it as physical. Pen-on-paper felt right—tactile, intentional, real. I wanted people to slow down, to feel grounded in the act of writing. That was the magic.
But life has a funny way of evolving our plans.
As I listened more closely to how people actually live—digital workflows, smaller living spaces, suitcase lifestyles—I realized that going digital wasn’t a compromise.
It was an expansion.
How It Happened
The opportunity came through a friend’s kind recommendation. The Goodnotes team reached out, curious about the product, and soon we were revising layouts, refining descriptions, adjusting for digital. It was a crash course in platform partnerships—and a chance to see the product through fresh eyes.
Now, instead of taking up shelf space, the planner lives inside your iPad. Ready when you are, wherever you are.
Why This Matters
This launch taught me something bigger than business mechanics:
Your original plan doesn’t have to be your forever plan.
Sometimes, the next right step is the one you didn’t see coming. Whether your product lives in a journal, an app, or both—what matters is staying true to the people you're building it for. And being open enough to grow alongside them.
This launch isn’t about control. It’s about access.
It means Im Hero can now reach so many more dreamers and doers like you—people who want to live intentionally, build momentum, and bring a little more clarity to the chaos.
It means we’re one step closer to building a true community—not just tied to a single location or product format, but connected by shared goals, dreams, and the belief that progress starts with showing up.
Wherever you are—in a café in Seoul, a desk in New York, or a tiny HDB room in Singapore—you can now carry Im Hero with you. That means the world to me.
